The chat is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm except for Tuesdays, it will be open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The e-lien phone line will now be closing at 4:00 pm daily.
The chat allows you to access help at your fingertips even when the phones are unavailable. Just access the "Chat Now" feature in the lower corner and you are on your way to assistance.
